All merchandise sold by Official Streetlifting Ltd is produced on a made-to-order basis through a print-on-demand supplier.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to items being custom produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.

Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives:

• Damaged

• Misprinted

• Defective

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Official Streetlifting Ltd will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Shipping Delays

Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary. Official Streetlifting Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or production partners.

Event Tickets & Workshops

Unless otherwise stated:

• Competition entries and workshop tickets are non-refundable

• If Official Streetlifting Ltd cancels an event, a full refund or transfer will be offered
