OSL COMPETITIONS

Compete for OSL Championship Titles. Set New Records. Rise Through the Divisions.

HOW OSL COMPETITIONS WORK

Every OSL competition is organised around divisions - grouped by

performance level using your RIS (Relative Index for Streetlifting)

score, not your bodyweight. This means you compete against athletes at

a similar level of ability, while every athlete at the event is also in

contention for the overall event title.

There are four divisions: Division 3, Division 2, Division 1, and

Premier - Division 3 is the entry point, Premier is the highest tier.

Your RIS score determines which division you compete in.

TWO THINGS EVERY COMPETITION COUNTS TOWARD

Everything you do at an OSL competition can count in two different ways:

1. Your Divisional Pathway - your progress toward promotion, divisional

rankings, and OSL Championship titles at that event.

2. OSL All-Time Rankings & Records - the open, all-time leaderboard of the biggest lifts and totals ever recorded in the sport.

Which one your result counts toward depends on the format you compete in.

COMPETITION FORMATS

All4 - Muscle Up, Pull, Dip, and Back Squat, combined into one total.

This is the flagship format, and the only one that feeds your Divisional Pathway.

All4 results count toward:

- Divisional rankings

- The OSL athlete pathway (promotion between divisions)

- OSL Championship titles

- OSL Division Winner titles

1 Lift, 2 Lift, and 3 Lift - compete in a single movement, or a chosen

combination, without the full All4 total.

These formats:

- Do NOT count toward divisional rankings or the OSL athlete pathway

- Are still permanently recorded on your OSL athlete profile

- Are still eligible for OSL all-time national and world records

In short: All4 moves you through the pathway. Any format can earn you a place in the record books.

All4 EVENT TITLES

Two titles are awarded at every All4 competition:

OSL Champion - the male and female athlete with the highest RIS score at the entire event, regardless of division or weight class, are crowned OSL Champion.

Each receives an OSL Championship Belt.

Division Winner - within each division, the athlete with the highest

RIS score, regardless of weight class, is crowned that division's Division Winner.

If the OSL Champion also has the highest RIS score within their own division, they are awarded both titles.
