OUR VISION

FROM GRASSROOTS TO GLOBAL CHAMPIONS

At Official Streetlifting, every lifter deserves a platform.

We’ve built a clear pathway — from your first competition to the world stage — using performance-based divisions that grow with you. As your skill and RIS score improve, you earn your rise through the ranks.

We support athletes with education, community, and opportunities — helping you build strength, confidence, and your personal best.

We celebrate every journey. We elevate every lift. And we honour the street roots of our sport while driving it toward an elite, global future.

Forged by education and competition.

WHAT IS STREETLIFTING?

Streetlifting is a strength sport that combines the aesthetics and bodyweight mastery of calisthenics with the structured competition format of powerlifting. It’s for anyone who wants to blend strength, technique, and performance — whether you’re a calisthenics athlete, a powerlifter, or simply someone who loves pushing physical limits.

Athletes perform 1RM weighted versions of classic bodyweight movements in a safe, judged competition environment. The sport is growing rapidly because it brings together strength, skill, and spectacle in a way no other discipline does.

COMPETITION FORMATS

At Official Streetlifting (OSL) competitions, we offer multiple competition styles to allow athletes to compete in the way that suits them best.

All4 Format (Primary Pathway)

The All4 format includes all four Streetlifting movements and is the main competitive format used for:

• Divisional pathway progression

• Divisional rankings

• All-time rankings

This is the core structure of OSL competition and the format used to determine overall competitive standings.

Alternative Formats

At any of our OSL competitions, athletes have the option to compete in:

• Single lift

• 2-lift

• 3-lift

This allows athletes the flexibility and accessibility to choose specific movements or combinations of movements they want to compete in.

While results from these formats are not included in divisional rankings or all-time rankings, individual lifts performed are still eligible for all-time national and/or world records.

THE MOVEMENTS

  • Muscle Up*

  • Pull*

  • Dip

  • Back Squat

*Muscle Up: Bar for male | Bar or Rings for female

*Pull: Pronated or supinated hand orientation is allowed

Official Streetlifting is not a federation.

We operate as an independent, professional competition organisation — and that distinction matters.

What that means for athletes:

  • No memberships. No red tape. No licences to renew, no mandatory equipment brands (as long as it meets our specifications) and no mandatory affiliations required to compete on our platform.

  • No restrictions on background. Athletes from any country and any Streetlifting organisation — tested or untested, Bodystrong UK, FNSL, Final Rep, or elsewhere — are welcome, provided they meet the standards of their chosen division.

  • No unnecessary barriers. Our priority is real progression. We exist to grow Streetlifting from the ground up, elevate athlete standards through high-quality competition and education, and provide a clear, logical pathway for long-term development.

OSL is built on freedom and opportunity:

  • You can continue competing in your usual Streetlifting organisation while taking part in ours — there are no conflicts or exclusivity.

  • Qualification is simple: meet the required RIS (Division 3 and above) and you’re eligible.

  • If this is your first ever competition and you don’t yet hold an official RIS, your competitive journey with us begins in Division 3.
