Overview
OSL 1 is the first competition of Official Streetlifting Season 1 (2026), launching the first official OSL competition season.
Open to athletes from all countries, OSL 1 offers four competition formats: 1 Lift, 2 Lift, 3 Lift and All4, allowing athletes to compete in the format that best suits them.
Only All4 athletes compete within the Official Streetlifting division system. Athletes are automatically assigned to a division based on their RIS score, with all first-time All4 competitors beginning in Division 3.
