OSL COMPETITIONS

Compete for OSL Championship Titles. Set New Records. Rise Through the Divisions.

HOW OSL COMPETITIONS WORK

OSL competitions are structured around divisions, allowing athletes to compete against others at a similar performance level while also competing for the overall event title.

Athletes compete within their assigned division:

Division 3, Division 2, Division 1, or Premier.

Each event rewards performance on the day while contributing to long-term progression.

FORMATS

Competition Formats:

1 Lift | 2 Lift | 3 Lift | All4

All4 is our flagship competition format and the primary pathway for athlete progression.

All4 results contribute to:

  • Divisional rankings

  • The OSL athlete pathway

  • OSL championship titles

  • OSL Division Winners

1 Lift, 2 Lift, and 3 Lift:

  • Do not contribute to divisional rankings

  • Do not count toward the OSL athlete pathway

  • All results are permanently recorded on your OSL athlete profile

  • Are eligible for OSL all-time rankings and records

All4 EVENT TITLES

OSL Competition Champions

  • The title is awarded to the male and female athlete who achieve the highest RIS score of the competition, regardless of division or weight class.

  • Each OSL Competition Champion receives an OSL Championship Belt.

Division Winners

  • All4 athletes compete within their assigned division.

  • The athlete with the highest RIS score in each division is crowned the Division Winner, regardless of weight class.
