OSL COMPETITIONS

Compete within your division. Perform on the platform

HOW OSL COMPETITIONS WORK

OSL competitions are structured around divisions, allowing athletes to compete against others at a similar performance level.

Athletes compete within their assigned division:

Division 3, Division 2, Division 1, or Premier.

Each event rewards performance on the day while contributing to long-term progression.

FORMATS

Competition Formats:

Single Lift | 2 Lift | 3 Lift | All4

All4 is the official OSL competition format and the primary pathway for athlete progression.

Only All4 results contribute to:

  • Divisional rankings

  • The OSL athlete pathway

  • Season championship titles

Single Lift, 2 Lift, and 3 Lift:

  • Do not contribute to divisional rankings

  • Do not count toward the OSL pathway

  • Are still eligible for all-time rankings and records

EVENT TITLES

At each OSL event:

• Athletes compete within their division

• The highest RIS score in each division wins

Title awarded:

OSL [Event] – [Division] Champion

e.g. OSL 1 - Division 2 Champion
